More about me …
I’ve lived in Stow for about 20 years, but despite that, I’m still not considered a true local by Cotswolds standards!

What I do …
I’m a troupe member and work behind the bar. I make cocktails, help out and keep customers happy and, most importantly, with a drink in their hands!

The best drink at the bar …
My recommendation would be a Chase gin and tonic. Chase is a local brand and they’re very passionate about what they do. It’s just a nice simple drink, done very well. Everyone likes a G&T, don’t they?

My favourite dish …
All of the food on the menu is delicious, but I would recommend the grilled salmon when it’s available as our market fish of the day, followed by the pavé of lamb, which is a really popular dish here.

My Cotswold gem …
It’s hard to choose a favourite part of the Cotswolds. I would simply recommend spending some time in the countryside and the beautiful villages. However, if you’re stuck for a few ideas while you’re with us, just ask a member of our troupe where they’d recommend – we all know the area very well, and with it, know what can be found just off the beaten track.

What I love most about The Old Stocks …
I love the airiness of the interior since The Old Stocks has been updated. But my very favourite bit is the garden, there’s nowhere else in Stow with a garden like it.

Why I’m part of the troupe …
I’m proud to be part of the troupe at The Old Stocks. It’s a very friendly place to work with a great bunch of people. Everyone is professional, and we do our best to make sure that our customers are happy, but we can still have a laugh and enjoy our work, and that makes all the difference.
