Serving up hearty British cuisine with a touch of The Old Stocks’ signature quirkiness, our restaurant offers a new, fresh dining experience that truly tantalises the taste buds.
Our head chef is a local lad, training to cook at Gloscat college in Cheltenham, he spent three years learning the basics before heading out to work in the industry. Before joining The Old Stocks Inn he was head chef at The Montpellier Chapter in Cheltenham and was previously the head chef at The King’s Head in Cirencester.
We’re lucky enough to be in the heart of the countryside and surrounded by some of the best suppliers of food and drink in the business. Our ingredients are all locally sourced, and our menus change seasonally to reflect the very best the area has to offer.
It’s not only our ingredients that are locally sourced. We work closely with S H Jones, Chase Distillery and Purity Brewery to offer a trailblazing selection of fine wines, specialist spirits and craft beers. Our troupe members pride themselves on being connoisseurs of our drinks menu, and will happily recommend the perfect tipple to complement your meal.
