Our manager Charlotte comes from a theatrical background, and she believes that people who are confident in the spotlight are perfect for the hospitality industry. We’re not talking about spontaneous jazz hands or bursting into song at a second’s notice, but we’re looking for people who can charm our guests, handle large and small groups of people, and offer everyone a warm Cotswolds welcome.
For our troupe, we’re looking for people with personality, rather than just skills or experience. We can teach our troupe members how to deliver the best service, but the starting point is finding great characters who are keen to learn more.
