We're always looking for an excuse to show off the unforgettable taste of the Cotswolds.
So we've decided to say 'cheers!' to 2022 with a series of cocktail and beer tastings that celebrate local producers and their stellar products.
In February, March and April, we'll co-host the evenings with independent suppliers in our sumptuous cocktail lounge.
The evenings start on Friday, February 4, when we'll welcome Moreton-in-Marsh-based Black Lion Vodka, the "UK's rarest sheep's milk vodka".
Then, on Friday, March 4, the "great beer, real character" of Purity Brewing's beers will be on the tasting menu.
Finally, on Friday, April 1st, the award-winning gins, non-alcoholic spirit and honey spiced rum from Penrhos Spirits will be available.
Our master mixologist Pete will be in charge of mixing the tasty tipples and there'll be canapes, a cocktail demonstration and a discussion with the supplier about their premium product and process.
The events will cost from £40 per person, including three delicious cocktails (or beers).
