Originally from Bristol, John has lived and worked in the Cotswolds for over 10 years. He has worked at some of the most prestigious businesses in the local area such as Foxhill Manor, Dormy House and most recently, the one-Michelin starred Royal Oak in Whatcote where he was Head Chef .
John brings with him a wealth of experience in both rosette and Michelin star cookery and he is excited to bring his own flair to the menu here at The Old Stocks Inn.

John who lives in Evesham with his wife and 6 month old daughter, said:

“I am very excited at the opportunity to create my own menu here at The Old Stocks Inn. The style of food that I create will really work here and I am really looking forward to getting stuck in with the great team here to create something really special ”

“The Old Stocks Inn has a great reputation and a solid 2 AA Rosette offering. I am joining the business at a great time as we have a great foundation to build on and push things forward further. I’m excited to see what we can achieve.”

John’s first menu will launch at the end of November. We are looking forward to delighting our guests this Festive season with our tasty new offering.
