It's official: The Old Stocks Inn is a great place to work.
We already knew that but it's still great to be recognised!
We’ve been named one of the top six elite employers in the The Caterer's prestigious Best Places to Work in Hospitality 2022 awards.
We must be doing something right because we were also recently shortlisted for the Catey award for Best Employer.
This award means a lot because it is based exclusively on feedback gathered from our fantastic Old Stocks Troupe.
It wouldn't have been possible to come through the challenges of the past couple of years without our O/S Troupe, so it's wonderful to be acknowledged as a great employer who truly value our wonderful staff.
Our O/S Troupe team make The Old Stocks experience so special for our guests and we pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, supportive and inclusive environment that lets our people shine. Our philosophy has always been to treat staff well and reward and recognise their efforts.
