We're thrilled to announce the launch of Tucked Away, a luxury holiday lettings company where guests can live "life as a local".
The company has been launched by Charlotte and Rich Tuck and Old Stocks Inn owner Jim Cockell.
Charlotte and Rich will continue running The Old Stocks alongside Tucked Away, which will offer an exclusive collection of luxurious holiday homes.
The plush properties will be spread across the Cotswolds with a focus on encouraging guests to embrace the heritage and culture of the local area.
They include Parson’s Barn, a 17th-century cottage with a plush interior just metres from The Old Stocks in Stow-on-the-Wold, and Cotswold Cottage, a charming property filled with character in the quaint village of Salford, in Chipping Norton.
Sleeping five, it is ideal for couples and families looking to escape the hubbub of daily life with a break surrounded by stunning countryside.
Charlotte said Tucked Away will offer guests holiday homes with unique design, high-end amenities and toiletries and the latest home technology. Guests will also be recommended a carefully curated collection of experiences in the local area and concierge assistance prior to arrival.
Said Charlotte: "We decided to launch Tucked Away after noticing a gap in the market for luxury holiday homes which have a real connection with the area where they are located. We want to create a holiday experience that marries the home with the lifestyle its inhabitants enjoy.
"In expanding into the luxury holiday let market, we can offer guests truly special accommodation and unique local experiences the length and breadth of the spectacular Cotswolds."
While continuing to welcome guests to The Old Stocks Inn, Charlotte and the team will use Tucked Away to attract those seeking a more independent retreat that showcases authentic local culture.
"Not only will our properties be comfortable and stylish, they will also give guests the chance to fully immerse themselves in the 'life as a local' experience," Charlotte said.
